Plans accepted through a medical group
We see patients with these plans through their medical group. For your visit to
be covered, your plan must list Dr. Howard Pyo as your assigned primary care physician. If he is not currently your assigned physician, you can call the
member services number on your insurance card and ask to change your
primary care physician to Dr. Howard Pyo at Pyo Clinic.

currently accepted by Dr. Howard Pyo only. If you are seeing Dr. Tran or Dr.
